Leads Adyen’s Americas Customer Due Diligence function, overseeing approximately 45 employees and five managers across onboarding and ongoing reviews. The role develops regional CDD strategy, manages complex escalations, partners with Compliance, Commercial, Product, Legal, and Operations, improves scalable processes and automation, ensures regulatory alignment, and drives team growth and performance across multiple locations.

Manage Adyen’s North American corporate tax operations and international tax strategy, including federal income and withholding taxes, branch permanent-establishment profit attribution, transfer pricing coordination, audits, R&D credits, and tax legislation monitoring. Partner with global headquarters and cross-functional teams to support financial product innovation, develop scalable tax frameworks, advise business leaders, and maintain compliance across US, Canadian, and international tax matters.

Develop and implement regional pricing and monetization strategies across products and payment methods. Partner with sales, account management, product, finance, and regional leadership to turn pricing insights into initiatives. Drive adoption of pricing tools, support strategic deal pricing, monitor opportunities, and serve as the regional pricing expert. Deliver end-to-end projects, including pricing processes, tools, training, and implementation.

Lead strategic commercial opportunities to expand revenue through financial products by closing complex deals and collaborating on market strategies.
