Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, and network issues; document and escalate incidents; assist with updates, patching, and basic configurations; maintain hardware inventory and lifecycle; support procurement and vendor interactions; follow security/compliance and audit procedures; contribute to process improvements and knowledge base.

Provide frontline IT support at Cribl's San Francisco office and globally: hardware provisioning, access requests, onboarding/offboarding, AV and event support, MDM and cloud tool support, document troubleshooting in a knowledge base, execute projects to automate and integrate systems, and participate in on-call/standby duties.

Provide IT support for clients in biotechnology, handling desktops/laptops, mobile devices, software applications, and customer service. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, user administration, and hardware specification.
