Leads the GTM analytics roadmap, modernizes spreadsheet reporting into scalable products, establishes trusted metrics and data models, and builds self-service and AI-assisted analytics. Partners cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Data Engineering, and Systems to improve pipeline conversion, productivity, retention, expansion, and planning. The role requires hands-on analytical product development, executive communication, data governance, and influence without formal authority.

Build and maintain scalable GTM data pipelines, marts, semantic models, and dashboards supporting headcount planning, quota attainment, pipeline, and sales effectiveness. Partner with GTM analysts and stakeholders to establish reliable metrics, enable data tools, document systems, and develop AI-powered natural-language data querying capabilities. Translate complex data concepts for executives and engineers while ensuring high-quality, maintainable data products.

Lead end-to-end COGS and gross margin analysis for hardware and software products, model cost-saving scenarios, answer ambiguous executive questions, partner with data engineering/finance/product, build reliable datasets and analytical frameworks, and present recommendations to C-suite stakeholders.
