Support trading regulatory compliance for sports wagering across jurisdictions by partnering with Trading, Legal, and Regulatory Operations; track and update regulatory requirements; design controls and processes; obtain regulator approvals for new offerings; support launches and submissions; identify compliance risks and recommend solutions to ensure operational efficiency and regulatory adherence.

Provide strategic legal support for DKeX and related exchange/clearing initiatives. Advise on Commodity Exchange Act and CFTC regulations; draft and maintain exchange rules, policies, and governance; support regulatory filings and rule submissions; partner with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and other teams; monitor regulatory developments; manage outside counsel; and develop scalable legal guidance and processes to enable compliant product development and operation of a regulated prediction markets marketplace.
