Lead global patent prosecution and IP strategy for CrowdStrike's cloud-native cybersecurity platform. Manage patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret programs; partner with Product and Engineering to identify inventions; oversee outside counsel, budgets, and dockets; implement and govern AI-enabled IP workflows; and advise on licensing, M&A, and IP enforcement.

Lead and manage a team of attorneys supporting global licensing, channel, and partner deals (GSIs, hyperscalers, MSSPs, OEMs). Negotiate and draft complex agreements, provide strategic legal counsel on go-to-market initiatives, identify and mitigate legal risks, and collaborate cross-functionally to scale partner programs and drive deal closure.
