Provide procurement-focused commercial legal support: draft, review, and negotiate vendor and SaaS agreements (BAAs, DPAs, NDAs); partner with cross-functional teams; streamline procurement processes, templates, and intake; remediate legacy vendor contracts; and act as day-to-day legal owner for procurement matters.

Lead structuring, negotiation, and execution of complex M&A and strategic transactions; manage legal due diligence, post-closing integration, transaction documentation, and cross-functional stakeholder advising. Support corporate governance, entity management, equity program planning, and investor-related matters while building repeatable processes and managing outside counsel.

The Legal Program Manager will drive operational excellence in the Legal function, managing cross-functional initiatives and improving efficiency through structured programs and frameworks.
