Manage day-to-day legal operations including eBilling and matter management, coordinate with Procurement/Finance for accruals/payments, maintain knowledge hubs and SOPs, run Legal Ops projects, track/report metrics, and evaluate/implement legal tech and AI-driven automations.

The Commercial Counsel will negotiate complex SaaS agreements, provide legal support to sales and marketing teams, and collaborate on customer agreements.
