Negotiate complex enterprise AI SaaS agreements and provide commercial legal support to sales, marketing, channel, and customer success teams. Advise on privacy, security, and AI regulatory matters; collaborate with Product Legal; improve contracting processes; and develop templates and playbooks. The role requires strategic judgment, strong negotiation and drafting skills, practical business advice, and the ability to support revenue-generating functions in a rapidly growing technology company.

Provide product-focused legal counsel for Notion's AI features and partnerships, including model reviews, vendor and data licensing agreements, regulatory monitoring, and customer-facing AI questions. Build contracting playbooks, scalable AI legal operating models, and cross-functional trust with Product, Engineering, Privacy, Security, Procurement, and GTM to enable responsible, fast AI product launches.
