Senior Commercial Counsel supporting enterprise sales across the Central and West US, Canada, and LATAM. Responsibilities include negotiating SaaS agreements, drafting and revising contracts, managing approvals and execution, advising on customer requests, and addressing data protection, cybersecurity, revenue recognition, and regulated-customer issues. The role partners with Sales, Trust, Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Legal teams while providing practical, risk-based guidance on commercial transactions.
