Provide commercial legal support to close customer and vendor deals, draft and maintain contracts and playbooks, manage contract lifecycle processes, support due diligence for transactions, advise on privacy and compliance, and partner with cross-functional teams including Sales, Robotics, Finance, and Product to scale legal operations.
