Represent Liberty Mutual and policyholders in moderately complex civil litigation and workers' compensation matters. Manage cases from inception through resolution under moderate supervision, perform discovery, hearings, trials, mediations, draft pleadings and motions, provide legal advice to claims teams, use e-discovery and case management tools, and support organizational process improvements while ensuring ethical and compliance standards.

Manage moderately complex civil litigation (up to ~$500K exposure), draft complex dispositive and discovery motions, perform advanced legal research, develop litigation strategy, use e-discovery and case management tools, lead settlement negotiations and hearings, mentor junior attorneys, advise clients/claims, and ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.
