Lead negotiation, preparation, and tracking of complex capital markets and derivatives documentation (ISDA, CSAs, credit and collateral agreements). Advise on market and regulatory issues, mitigate legal/credit/operational risk, improve templates/processes, and collaborate with Legal, Credit, Risk, Operations, and front-office teams to support transaction execution and documentation governance.
