Owns patient retention strategy from opportunity identification through execution and measurement. The role analyzes patient journey data, develops retention hypotheses and roadmaps, leads experimentation, designs lifecycle campaigns across email, SMS, push, and product touchpoints, and partners with Product, Data, and Engineering to build scalable retention capabilities. It requires a data-driven, cross-functional 0-to-1 builder who can improve conversion, retention, reactivation, and lifetime value.

Lead end-to-end lifecycle marketing strategy and execution for patient journeys, building 0-to-1 programs across email, SMS, push, and product. Design experiments, own data and reporting, run A/B tests, build segmentation and personalization, and partner with Product, Data, Engineering, and Creative to improve retention, LTV, and CAC efficiency.
