The Senior Partner Strategy Manager will develop and execute global go-to-market strategies to enhance developer ecosystem engagement and adoption of Cloudflare's services through partnerships and collaboration.

Lead and scale executive communications for the Office of the President, build a company-wide executive comms program, translate complex technical topics for varied audiences, integrate generative AI into workflows, prepare and coach the executive for appearances, craft keynotes/op-eds/internal and external messaging, and collaborate cross-functionally with PR, IR, and employee communications.

Own and run Cloudflare's marketing operations engine: intake, campaign operations, lead flow, and provisioning while designing and driving automation with Cloudflare OS. Govern data, taxonomy, lead scoring, and change control. Partner with Engineering, BI, IT, and vendors to shape MarTech architecture, identity resolution, and tool rationalization. Lead contractors, measure reduction in manual work, and deliver a standardized, auditable global system.

Serve as the CMO's strategic partner to design and run marketing operating systems, lead annual/quarterly planning, OKRs, budgeting and headcount, drive AI-enabled operating change, manage cross-functional GTM alignment, and program-manage high-impact strategic initiatives end-to-end.

Lead Cloudflare's global digital presence by defining strategy across corporate social channels, executive digital positioning, web storytelling, and technical communities. Translate complex technical milestones into engaging content, manage crisis and rapid response, and use data-driven measurement to optimize brand sentiment and engagement.
