Lead communications strategy for Block's lending, banking, and financial access initiatives across Square, Cash App, and Square Financial Services. Develop cohesive corporate narratives, executive messaging, and thought leadership; build storytelling campaigns and always-on programs featuring customer stories; manage media engagement, executive communications, and cross-functional coordination with Legal, Risk, Compliance, Product, and business teams.

Lead end-to-end strategy and execution for Tier 1 trade shows and industry events in retail and food & beverage. Own event selection, budget management, ROI tracking, booth design/production, vendor relationships, lead capture processes, cross-functional alignment, and inventory/shipping logistics.
