Use social trends, member data, platform insights, and performance analytics to guide creative direction and drive awareness, consideration, engagement, and brand equity. Partner with creative, content, sports marketing, legal, compliance, and leadership teams; oversee real-time social moments and live event amplification; and manage and mentor a small social team.

Lead SoFi Plus member acquisition strategy, segmentation, channel growth, placement optimization, performance measurement, and launch execution. Size market opportunities, define value propositions, identify growth opportunities, build reporting frameworks, coordinate cross-functional dependencies, and provide executive updates. Partner with Product, Marketing, Data Science, Design, Engineering, Operations, Legal, and Compliance to launch initiatives and improve measurable business outcomes.
