Develop experimentation roadmaps, run A/B and multivariate tests, analyze web and business metrics, partner with UX, analytics, and strategy to translate insights into product and design improvements, and adopt AI-enabled tools to scale personalization and accelerate test velocity while maintaining rigorous measurement.

Lead post-launch lifecycle, adoption, stabilization and continuous optimization of the CFC CRM platform across global markets. Own BAU roadmap, operational governance, integrations, release readiness, value measurement, and cross-functional orchestration with Data, Digital, Compliance, and Markets to ensure CRM delivers sustained commercial value and scalability.
