Lead North American and global internal communications initiatives, translating complex topics into clear stories and engaging experiences. Own communications strategy, campaigns, leadership messaging, events, video, written content, channels, and measurement. Partner with regional and global leaders, manage stakeholders across time zones, improve communication processes, and use data and feedback to increase employee engagement. The role requires autonomy, strong storytelling, and experience operating at scale in a fast-growing technology environment.

Create and launch Adyen’s first North America community marketing program: define strategy and KPIs, run virtual and in-person events, own member communications and content, translate engagement into business value, and collaborate cross-functionally to scale the community.
