Own and grow enterprise relationships with AI startups in the Bay Area ecosystem. Identify and win high-potential accounts, serve as the primary business and technical contact, manage renewals and upsells, advocate for customers internally, and collaborate with marketing, product, engineering, support, and customer success teams. Translate customer feedback into product insights while expanding DigitalOcean’s cloud infrastructure and AI business.

Build and own GTM enablement: run AE onboarding and certification, create pitch decks and talk tracks, coach AEs live and on recorded calls, manage enablement content and cadence, and partner with Rev Ops, Product, PMM, Sales, and Marketing to align training with product and GTM priorities.

Lead strategic partnerships with AI model developers and cloud technology providers. Identify opportunities, define partnership playbooks, negotiate complex commercial agreements, and coordinate cross-functional transitions to Product and GTM teams to drive platform growth and AI-enabled product innovation.
