Drive expansion within MongoDB’s existing enterprise customer base by prospecting for new workloads, engaging technical and executive stakeholders, managing the full sales cycle, and achieving revenue targets. Lead MongoDB’s Americas Solutions Architecture organization across NAMER, LATAM, and specialist teams. Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, Services, and Customer Success on complex enterprise opportunities. Develop senior leaders, manage resources and investments, engage executive technology stakeholders, and connect customer insights to product and go-to-market decisions.

Lead and scale a global specialist sales and specialist solutions architecture organization for Agentic AI, Voyage AI, Vector Search, and Analytics. Own revenue/consumption targets, build playbooks and demos/PoCs, run product feedback loops, partner with field and product teams, recruit and develop regional specialist leaders, and represent MongoDB externally to drive consumption-based growth.

Drive and close net-new and expansion sales within MongoDBs most strategic accounts. Build pipeline, cultivate executive and champion relationships, coordinate cross-functionally to increase product adoption, meet quota targets, and develop sales and technical skills for career growth.

Responsible for expanding existing MongoDB accounts by prospecting into CTOs and engineering leaders, landing new workloads, managing full sales cycle, executing strategic territory plans, collaborating with partners, and building pipeline using Salesforce, Clari, and prospecting tools.

Lead AMER (West) sales strategy and planning, partner with senior sales leaders to run business reviews, design AI GTM strategy, pilot sales programs, analyze large datasets, and manage one direct report to improve productivity and adoption of new capabilities.

Lead MongoDB's global Partner Program end-to-end: design program architecture, tiering, incentives, and certification; manage a team of Partner Program Managers; partner with PRM, Sales, Enablement, and Digital/AI teams to operationalize and automate program rules; measure ROI and program-driven pipeline; and present program health to senior leadership.

The Director of ISV Partnerships will lead strategy and execution for MongoDB’s partner program, oversee a team, manage key relationships, and communicate with executive leadership to drive growth through ISV collaborations.
