Lead and scale a global Deal Desk team (5–10) to support Enterprise Sales with pricing governance, quote approvals, complex deal structuring, and commercial policy. Drive operational excellence, CPQ/Salesforce approval frameworks, analytics, cross-functional alignment, and continuous improvement to enable revenue growth and seller productivity.

Lead complex SaaS deal structuring, advise Sales/Finance/Legal on pricing, revenue recognition, and order management. Improve quote-to-cash operations, drive scalable governance and process enhancements, mentor junior deal desk staff, and support cross-functional system projects (UAT, QTC improvements) to increase deal velocity, compliance, and operational scalability.
