The Senior Account Executive will develop digital strategies for accounting practices, manage partnerships, and ensure client migrations to the Xero platform, driving growth and achieving sales targets.

Lead sourcing, negotiating, and scaling revenue-generating partner relationships across IT services, franchises, and associations. Build and qualify partner pipelines, close complex commercial deals, create business-case models with Finance, and develop playbooks and systems to scale channel distribution and referral strategies.
