Manage leads and sales pipelines, guide members from intake through quoting and fulfillment, identify cross-sell opportunities, and help build SoFi Protect’s operational processes. Collaborate cross-functionally to improve the business and deliver tailored coverage solutions.

Supports the full strategic partnership lifecycle, including opportunity evaluation, business case development, deal execution, launch, relationship management, and performance optimization. Builds cross-functional visibility into partnership needs, identifies expansion and consolidation opportunities, conducts market and partner research, evaluates commercial terms, coordinates stakeholder workstreams, tracks KPIs, and prepares recommendations for leadership. Manages multiple initiatives while improving partnership processes and operating models.
