The AI Sales Director will drive sales for Wasabi's hot cloud storage solutions focused on AI/ML customers, prospecting, engaging with clients, and providing consultative advice.

Prospect, qualify, and schedule sales-qualified appointments from warm and researched leads for Wasabi cloud storage. Capture qualification details in CRM, collaborate with marketing, and drive trials and pipeline acceleration through outreach and cold calling.

Lead and scale the Renewals team to drive ARR and NRR, improve forecasting and pipeline visibility, and standardize renewal processes. Manage end-to-end renewals, contract negotiations, partner-led renewals, and complex customer engagements across North America. Build playbooks, enablement, reporting, and automation to meet retention quotas and reduce churn.
