Support development, optimization, and stabilization of electrode, cell assembly, and formation processes. Monitor production KPIs, analyze process and quality data, run DOE, troubleshoot equipment, prepare samples, update SOPs, and collaborate with R&D, Quality, and Production teams to implement process improvements.

The Program Manager will support commercial engagements, oversee project lifecycles, manage customer relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure project deliverables are met.
