Prepares presentations, meeting materials, communications, and follow-up documentation; participates in client meetings and addresses routine client questions. Updates financial planning software and CRM records, supports onboarding, coordinates business-development events, and contributes to process improvement. Requires strong personal financial planning and investment knowledge, communication skills, meticulous organization, confidentiality, and collaboration.
