Enter and organize client tax data in tax software, reconcile financial and bookkeeping records, assist with tax projections and estimated tax calculations, and identify missing or inconsistent information. Communicate with clients, advisors, tax authorities, and internal staff while managing multiple deadlines and maintaining confidentiality.

Prepares and reviews individual and business entity tax returns, analyzes federal, state, and local filing requirements, responds to tax agency notices, and supports client tax strategy. The role collaborates with financial advisors, resolves client tax issues, reviews staff work, provides training, and manages complex, multi-state tax compliance and planning activities.
