Lead design for Landing’s AI-assisted apartment discovery and booking experiences across AI assistants, messaging apps, and personal agents. Reimagine conversational search and booking, improve the guest stay experience, build the brand and design system, prototype in code, ship to production, and validate decisions with guests. This founding designer will establish design standards and eventually hire and grow the design team.

Owns pricing and revenue optimization across a nationwide furnished-apartment portfolio. Develops dynamic pricing strategies, enhances machine learning models, analyzes elasticity and occupancy forecasts, builds performance dashboards, integrates external market data, and evaluates channel mix and ROAS tradeoffs. Partners with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Operations while presenting pricing and investment recommendations to senior leadership.
