Lead daily club operations to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming member experience. Serve as Manager on Duty, direct attendants and sales/service staff, handle member issue resolution, manage inventory and facility upkeep, support retention and retail performance, enforce operational standards, and train and coach team members to meet performance goals.

Lead brand marketing transformation by developing data-driven, full-funnel omni-channel campaigns, content and editorial strategies, member and influencer marketing, product launches, events, and member experiences. Build marketing capabilities, collaborate cross-functionally, manage KPIs and reporting, and execute strategic and hands-on initiatives to drive member engagement, retention, and brand growth.
