The Global Account Manager develops and maintains relationships with key customer accounts, collaborates with teams to meet objectives, resolves customer issues, and identifies new business opportunities.

Provide technical and functional security support for Oracle Fusion Cloud and related applications. Manage access provisioning/deprovisioning, troubleshoot roles and data security issues, maintain role and service-account documentation, support BI permissions, assist projects and consultants, and ensure SOX compliance for Oracle access controls.

Drive regional growth for semiconductor ATE solutions across North America and Europe by identifying new revenue opportunities, enabling early design-ins, managing strategic accounts and partnerships, aligning product roadmaps with market needs, and coordinating cross-functional teams to convert opportunities into long-term customer engagements.
