Design scalable integration architectures, troubleshoot ERP and API integrations (NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Dynamics, Oracle Fusion), run customized product demos, assess ROI and fit, influence product roadmap, and build internal documentation to scale integration support.

Lead and scale the Commercial CSM activation strategy for high-volume post-sale onboarding and adoption. Use data and dashboards to diagnose activation bottlenecks, build prioritization frameworks, run metric reviews, and drive cross-functional improvements. Manage, coach, and hire a team of 6–8 CSMs, improve efficiency via automation, playbooks, and applied AI, and drive TPV, activation (D60/D90), multi-product adoption, penetration, and CSAT targets.

Own the startup segment as a GM: drive acquisition, product strategy, onboarding, pricing, incentives, positioning, and community engagement to make Ramp the default for newly incorporated US startups. Build the funnel, P&L, and metrics, work with Product and Growth, and represent Ramp across startup events and networks.

Act as a technical advisor for Mid-Market customers, guiding ERP/HRIS/API integrations and configuration, troubleshooting integration blockers, partnering with post-sales and product teams, documenting scalable implementation patterns, and influencing product roadmap to improve time-to-value and expansion.

Partner with Account Managers to expand and retain commercial and mid-market customers by leading technical product demos, scoping integration and ERP requirements, designing scalable integration architectures, troubleshooting ERP/integration blockers (NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Dynamics, Oracle Fusion), and translating technical solutions into business value. Influence product roadmap and create documentation to scale post-sales integration support.
