Lead cross-functional teams to develop and present experiential and virtual marketing campaigns, from strategy and art direction through execution. Drive creative vision, mentor designers and writers, collaborate with account/production/tech, develop KPIs and pitches, manage vendors and budgets, and travel as needed to deliver award-winning client experiences.

Lead account teams to plan and execute large-scale experiential activations, manage budgets/SOWs, coordinate cross-functional teams, monitor performance and expenses, drive client relationships and new business, and ensure timely delivery of creative and operational program elements.

Support account teams in planning, executing, and wrapping experiential marketing programs. Prepare materials, track deliverables, attend status meetings, manage onsite execution, contribute to recaps and KPI reporting, and join internal initiatives. Requires client communication, event logistics, and travel.
