Lead a team of gameplay engineers to plan, develop, and ship gameplay systems and game modes. Architect, prototype, implement, and maintain features (controls, combat, AI, inventory, save systems, HUD integration), mentor engineers, produce technical design docs, and collaborate across disciplines to ensure performant, maintainable code and feature rollout.

Design, implement, optimize, and maintain gameplay AI systems (enemies/NPCs) using Unreal Engine and C++. Collaborate with design and gameplay engineers, ship console/PC titles, mentor peers, write technical design documents, and integrate/maintain AI middleware and navigation/pathfinding systems.
