Supervise clerical staff and office functions, manage month-end accounting close (onsite required), handle cash reconciliations and secure bank deposits, develop and enforce procedures, compile and analyze reports, coordinate with operations and finance, and oversee billing, purchase orders, P-Card reconciliation, and office administrative processes.

Lead a public sector proposal and contract strategy team to develop RFP/RFQ responses, drive municipal growth, support contract renewals and negotiations, build proposal processes and content libraries, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and coach staff to improve proposal quality and win rates.

Lead enterprise revenue management and pricing strategy, implement pricing tools and processes, partner with sales and market leaders to maximize net price impact and customer lifetime value, monitor market/pricing trends, develop budgets, and guide execution and contingency plans to support revenue growth and retention.
