Lead client relationships as a Personal CFO, designing and managing comprehensive wealth plans covering investments, estate, tax, risk, and cash flow. Acquire and grow client relationships, collaborate with internal teams and external partners, lead a local service team, support business development, coach teammates, and represent the firm at events to drive retention and referral growth.

Manage client service team workflows and provide analytical, operational, and administrative support for client acquisition, implementation, and retention. Execute time-sensitive requests (trades, wires), coordinate with custodians, maintain CRM data, prepare client deliverables and analyses, recommend portfolio adjustments with the team, support tax coordination, and assist with advanced financial analyses like tax-loss harvesting and equity compensation.
