Participate in Agile ceremonies, requirements gathering, code reviews, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and production deployments while collaborating with senior staff and government stakeholders.

Design, implement, and optimize Microsoft 365 cloud architecture across M365 services and Power Platform. Support tenant configuration, governance, integration, data protection, monitoring, troubleshooting, migrations, POCs, and documentation while collaborating with security, developers, and government stakeholders.

Support contractor quality control for a federal Microsoft 365 program: maintain Quality Control Plan, monitor performance against PWS/QASP, review deliverables and documentation, track actions/issues/ corrective actions, support root-cause analysis and Section 508 review, coordinate with technical teams, and support bi-weekly/monthly reporting and CPARS evidence.
