Own sourcing and scheduling for technical and commercial hires: run outbound sourcing, coordinate interviews via Ashby, engage passive candidates, and build automations and tooling to improve pipeline health and reduce manual work.

Build and operate Ambrook's platform infrastructure (PostgreSQL, GCP, internal tooling, data systems). Own migrations, observability, security, and developer experience improvements. Ship small product fixes, prototype agentic workflows, build scalable processes and automations, influence product and engineering with evidence, and drive retention and revenue growth for Ambrook's customers.
