As an Analytics Engineer, you will create scalable solutions for data reporting, build data pipelines, and establish high data integrity standards while collaborating with multiple teams.

Lead scaling and efficiency programs for Anthropic's API stack across API, infrastructure, databases, networking, and inference. Run multiple large cross-team programs, own cross-org dependencies end-to-end, establish decision-making clarity, surface risks and trade-offs to engineering leadership, and ensure programs deliver scalable, cost-effective API platform improvements.

Set multi-year joint strategies, negotiate multi-year agreements, co-develop solutions, drive global co-sell and delivery readiness, build certification programs to train 50,000+ practitioners, chair alliance governance, and orchestrate cross-functional teams to grow a $1B+ Claude practice and measurable ARR influence through partners.

Prototype and evaluate frontier model capabilities for cybersecurity tasks; design datasets, harnesses, and scoring; engage with security community; and partner with engineers to productize reliable AI security features.

Convert demand forecasts into per-tranche requirements, qualify deliverability pre-signature, run and track parallel bring-ups across clouds and sites, own the contract-to-occupied lifecycle, automate readiness, and publish executive reporting on timing, utilization, and paid-idle metrics.

Own medium-range, multi-resource demand forecasts (accelerators, CPU, storage, network, managed services). Reconcile plan vs. observed utilization weekly, qualify incoming capacity tranches, and partner with finance to translate forecasts into cost drivers and efficiency work. Build models and instrumentation (SQL, Python/pandas) and drive variance toward zero with planning tools and data teams.

Lead developer relations for Anthropic's Claude developer products by driving technical strategy, creating high-quality demos and docs, running events and campaigns, gathering developer feedback, and partnering cross-functionally to increase adoption while promoting responsible AI practices.
