Design and operate scalable, reproducible data infrastructure for large language model pre-training. Build high-throughput distributed processing systems, including tokenization, deduplication, chunking, quality assurance, validation, and end-to-end pipelines that convert web-scale corpora into training-ready datasets. Collaborate with research teams on novel architectures while emphasizing reliability, fault tolerance, traceability, and performance.

Own Anthropic’s sales operating cadence, including forecast reviews, pipeline management, business reviews, QBRs, target setting, quota deployment, territory planning, and compensation processes. Build relationships with founders, board members, executives, and technical leaders; lead account planning, business reviews, usage and forecast reviews, and renewal negotiations. Identify new AI use cases, manage complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles, mitigate competitive risks, gather customer feedback, and align Anthropic solutions with business objectives.

Lead Anthropic’s compute supply chain strategy across semiconductors, hardware, data center equipment, and energy infrastructure. Build and scale a sourcing organization, secure capacity through long-term agreements and wafer commitments, manage executive supplier relationships, assess supply risks, and identify gaps before they affect the business. The role requires extensive strategic sourcing leadership, multibillion-dollar negotiations, deep hardware or infrastructure expertise, and the ability to make allocation decisions at executive level.

Advise research and data teams on copyright, privacy, licensing, AI regulation, data governance, model launches, and responsible scaling. Counsel technical and research teams on publications, collaborations, data sharing, biosecurity, dual-use research, and regulatory readiness. Monitor global legal developments and translate them into practical guidance while engaging with regulators, academics, industry groups, and civil society on responsible AI norms.

Serve as a strategic People Partner for Product and Engineering teams, advising senior leaders and managers on employee relations, performance management, organizational design, talent development, career frameworks, and scalable HR programs. Collaborate with Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Finance, and other specialist teams to build policies, support team growth, and strengthen organizational culture. The role requires experience in fast-growing technology companies and familiarity with technical team dynamics and North American employment practices.

Leads Anthropic’s Partner Account Management team and services partner ecosystem. Owns partner revenue, pipeline, co-selling, joint account planning, routes to market, partner programs, operating models, forecasting, and executive relationships. Coaches PAMs, develops scalable playbooks and enablement, coordinates cloud and technology partner motions, and collaborates with Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Customer Success to expand enterprise adoption of Claude.

Own the roadmap and outcomes for Claude-powered internal products and automation. Partner with Legal, IT, GTM, Product, Finance, Security, and Engineering to prioritize needs, define requirements, ship iteratively, drive adoption, manage change, and measure business impact. Ensure products are maintainable, secure, governed, and aligned with internal data-handling policies while communicating tradeoffs and progress to leaders and technical teams.

Advise enterprise customers on using Claude for cybersecurity workloads, including application security, penetration testing, alert triage, threat intelligence, and vulnerability management. Lead technical discovery, workshops, deployments, partner enablement, reference implementations, evaluations, and executive communications. Collaborate with Sales, Product, Research, and Engineering to drive adoption, measure outcomes, develop reusable playbooks, and identify product gaps. Occasional customer-site travel is required.
