Own features end to end across backend services, databases, web interfaces, APIs, automation, and production operations. Collaborate with payload, network, systems, and flight-operations teams to deliver reliable software for commercial and U.S. Government space programs.

Serves as a strategic HR business partner for leaders and employees, advising on performance management, career development, engagement, organizational design, change management, employee relations, DEI, and workforce planning. Partners cross-functionally on scalable People programs, systems, and initiatives; uses organizational health data to inform strategy; and supports employee experience improvements in a high-growth space startup.

Develop spaceflight structures and mechanisms, manage subsystem schedules and interfaces, establish design practices, and collaborate with assembly and test teams. Mentor junior engineers and support recruiting. The role requires aerospace hardware design experience, CAD expertise, GD&T, manufacturability knowledge, and prior satellite flight hardware experience.

Leads and grows a power electronics engineering team developing spacecraft power converters and systems. Responsibilities include defining power architectures, overseeing hardware design and production, managing schedules, selecting components, designing circuit boards, verification, bring-up, debugging, recruiting, and supporting production and mission operations.
