Manage operational and administrative functions for a trade compliance consulting practice: coordinate client intake and onboarding, track project timelines and deliverables, prepare proposals and SOWs, run client meeting workflows, maintain SOPs and project tracking tools, support consultants, coordinate training logistics, and identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and client experience.

Lead M-PACT trade compliance consulting practice, drive client engagement and business development, develop service offerings, manage and mentor a team, oversee project delivery and regulatory compliance, and serve as subject-matter expert on U.S. import/export regulations.
