Oversee and direct all boutique operations in San Francisco, including inventory control, shipping/receiving, alterations, facilities, security, staffing, compliance, and expense management. Lead and coach operational staff, enforce SOPs and systems, manage budgets and forecasting, and collaborate with Home Office to improve operational efficiency and deliver exceptional client experiences.
