Develop and enhance Ferguson’s custom Trilogie ERP system across multiple functional areas. Responsibilities include designing business-process solutions, owning software projects through implementation, integrating APIs and web services, collaborating with analysts, product owners, QA teams, administrators, and vendors, writing unit tests, reviewing code, and optimizing performance in high-transaction environments. The role also supports Trilogie’s migration from Unix to Linux and requires extensive UniBasic or Pick-based development experience.

Provides technical expertise, sales support, training, troubleshooting, product lifecycle management, pricing administration, vendor relationship management, and product portfolio development for chemical feed and laboratory equipment. Maintains product information, supports customer and sales inquiries, coordinates projects and meetings, contributes to marketing content, and visits jobsites. The role is fully remote with 10%–15% travel for trade shows, training, and industry meetings.

Leads risk-based operational, financial, commercial, and fraud-related audits across the audit lifecycle. The role also evaluates emerging technologies, partners with architecture and engineering teams, and provides cybersecurity domain expertise across Zero Trust, SASE, and network security.

Manage purchasing, order maintenance, delivery timelines, and post-sale customer communications. Provide proactive order updates, coordinate with customers and internal partners, process orders accurately, manage multiple priorities, and identify process improvements. The role requires strong communication, customer service, attention to detail, professionalism, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; Salesforce or CRM experience is beneficial.
