The Human Resources Manager serves as a strategic HR partner for administrative departments, supporting recruitment, onboarding, development, performance management, employee relations, compliance, benefits coordination, and offboarding. The role requires at least five years of document automation experience in a law firm or corporate legal environment.

Supports a consumer financial services litigation practice by conducting legal and public-record research, managing case files and e-discovery databases, organizing and reviewing document productions, preparing deposition and trial materials, drafting legal documents, and coordinating deadlines across multiple matters. The role requires accurate document management, billing time, compliance with ethical guidelines, teamwork, and occasional training of other paralegals.

The Billing Specialist prepares, edits, and distributes client invoices and prebills; manages billing adjustments, alternate rates, exemptions, approvals, and client billing information. Requires strong organizational, analytical, writing, communication, and teamwork skills, with at least ten years of commercial real estate transaction experience focused on title and survey.
