The Project Manager oversees clinical projects from site selection to closeout, ensures compliance with regulations, manages risks, and maintains client relationships.

Supports leaders and employees across North America on employee relations, performance management, HR operations, leave administration, compliance, onboarding, HRIS updates, reporting, training, engagement, and employee communications. The role partners with managers, maintains employment records, coordinates accommodations and leave processes, supports recruitment and performance programs, and delivers practical HR solutions while improving employee experience and data integrity.

Supports clinical business development by identifying laboratory opportunities in client RFPs, positioning lab services, developing proposals and budgets, presenting bids, and managing follow-up through deal completion. The role coordinates with clinical BD, laboratory operations, proposal teams, and clients; maintains strategic client relationships, monitors satisfaction, tracks sales activity in Salesforce, analyzes competition, and supports laboratory business growth. At least 30% travel is required.

Reviews, redlines, processes, and executes customer contracts, amendments, renewals, and related documents. Ensures compliance with approved templates, policies, approval workflows, and fallback positions while identifying and escalating risks. Manages contract data and documentation in CLM and CRM systems, meets processing SLAs, improves workflows, and collaborates with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Operations to support deal velocity and accurate, audit-ready execution.

Reviews, redlines, processes, and executes commercial contracts, amendments, renewals, and related documents. Applies contract policies and approval workflows, identifies risks and non-standard terms, and escalates issues appropriately. Manages contract data and documentation in CLM and CRM systems, meets processing SLAs, supports process improvements, and collaborates with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Operations to accelerate deal execution.
