Partner with Channel, GTM Ops, Business Systems, Finance, and Marketing to design scalable processes, governance, reporting, partner programs, attribution, pricing, and territory/account rules. Translate ambiguous problems into actionable operational recommendations, drive cross-functional projects from strategy through execution, and measure outcomes to improve partner and seller experiences.

Lead strategy and roadmap for Vanta's data platform, partnering with engineers and product teams to build scalable data ingestion, storage, and query systems. Drive platform enablement, measure outcomes (scalability, feature enablement, queryability), work with customers, and prepare the platform for AI-native use cases.
