Sell Vanta's AI-powered compliance and security platform to state, local, and education (SLED) organizations. Own full sales cycle, build strategic relationships with decision-makers and partners, close complex multi-stakeholder deals, and inform product and pricing for government customers.

Manage post-sales lifecycle for mid-market SaaS customers: onboard, implement, provide product and technical guidance on compliance (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, USDP), drive renewals, identify expansion, act as customer advocate, and partner cross-functionally to improve adoption and retention.

Partner with Upmarket AE leadership to design and deliver enterprise sales enablement programs, build playbooks and account planning tools, embed methodologies like MEDDPICC, and use data from Gong and Salesforce to measure impact on ramp, quota attainment, and pipeline. Collaborate cross-functionally to provide timely content and continuously assess field needs to improve AE effectiveness.

Design and build scalable shared platform systems and libraries used across product teams, define APIs and standards, influence cross-team architecture, perform code reviews, and maintain documentation to improve developer experience and platform reliability.
