Manage affordable housing development projects from acquisition through construction and occupancy. Duties include site evaluation, feasibility and financing (TCAC, CDLAC, conventional), consultant and construction team management, public entitlement and community outreach, construction oversight, budget and draw monitoring, and supporting property transition and cross-department coordination.
