Lead end-to-end greenfield factory start-up for LEGO's LVA site, driving automation and digital integration, operational readiness, risk mitigation, capability building, DQP compliance, and performance acceleration to ensure stable ramp-up and global standards adoption.

The IMS Manager will enhance the Integrated Management System at LEGO, ensuring ISO compliance, conducting audits, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Support Prepack production by creating and improving procedures, supporting equipment installations, providing daily line support, identifying process improvements, managing supplier interactions and quotations, executing projects using LEGO Project Management and LCI, maintaining IMS and production data (Combi, SAP BW, Power BI), and implementing LCI tools to improve quality, safety, and performance.
