Lead client engagements to design and implement Atlassian-based ITSM/ESM and DevSecOps solutions. Advise on operating models, analyze processes, architect scalable integrations, drive adoption through training and change management, and support full solution lifecycle while partnering with sales to expand services.

Manage full billing, collections, expense, and accounts payable cycles; maintain GAAP‑compliant books; resolve billing and payment issues; improve financial systems and reporting; partner with CFO and stakeholders. Role includes customer-facing collections and occasional client/vendor support.
