Manages sales, profit, market share, trade promotions, forecasts, customer investments, category reviews, and new-item distribution. Builds relationships with retail decision-makers, collaborates with DSD sales and cross-functional teams, analyzes syndicated data, manages P&L and trade funding, and identifies profitable growth opportunities.

Leads joint business planning and customer strategy for Costco across brick-and-mortar and ecommerce channels. Manages trade promotion strategies, customer investments, budgets, forecasts, category reviews, shopper insights, merchandising, pricing, distribution, and promotional analysis to drive portfolio volume, profit, and share growth. Builds relationships with Costco decision-makers and coordinates with internal sales, marketing, finance, category management, and supply chain teams. The role is fully remote with up to 25% travel.

Leads multi-site regional warehouse operations across plant-attached facilities and 3PL distribution centers. Owns safety, service, cost, quality, inventory, KPI performance, operating budgets, and continuous improvement. Establishes standardized operating models, manages 3PL relationships, drives financial reviews and productivity savings, and supports network optimization. Partners cross-functionally with Logistics, Transportation, DSD, Finance, Commercial, and Procurement teams while developing warehouse leadership talent across geographically dispersed operations.

Design and implement scalable, secure enterprise data solutions on Databricks and Azure using Delta Lake and Medallion Architecture. Lead and mentor data engineering teams; define integration patterns, governance, security (Unity Catalog, RBAC, masking, row/column-level security), and CI/CD/IaC practices. Ensure data quality, lineage, monitoring, and optimize Spark/Delta workloads for performance and cost while aligning solutions with business needs.
